Diabetic Friendly Recipes Are Way Too Hard To Find!

Are You Diabetic? ?

Got Questions About What To Eat?
Is this how You Feel? ?

Have You Looked Everywhere For Recipes That Taste Great And Won't Aggravate Your Diabetes - But Find Next To Nothing?

You Are Not Alone!
That is why this blog is here. I am a diabetic, and I grew tired of trying to find recipes that would not drive my blood glucose levels through the roof. I even tried to 'Google' for diabetic recipes with extremely disappointing results. Here, I promise to offer some of the best recipes that are 'diabetic friendly' that I have found. Keep watching this blog, as I will be adding more as I find them. If you have any recipes that work great for diabetics, please feel free to post them. I will review each of them before posting for several factors.

  • Carbohydrate content of ingredients (because carbs turn into glucose in the body)

  • Fat content (because diabetics are prone to high cholesterol)

  • Ease of preparation (out of consideration for the cook's time and energy)
I will be adding more information and posting resources for diabetics as well as recipes. Please bookmark this blog and come back often!
